Las obras en el Monumental demuestran el gran esfuerzo que la nueva dirigencia está haciendo para dejar un mejor estadio y club. No solo están haciendo cambios en todo el estadio, si no que también en las partes internas donde el hincha no puede ver ni llegar a utilizar pero que si lo hacen los protagonistas desde un lugar sumamente importante: la concentración.
River siempre concentró en hoteles, principalmente en el Sofitel Cardales, pero tras una decisión muy positiva de Marcelo Gallardo para mejorar las infraestructuras, tanto en la ciudad deportiva en Ezeiza como en el Monumental, la dirigencia decidió renovar la que existía en Nuñez. Las primeras remodelaciones se dieron en el River Camp, y ahora, ya desde hace unos meses, en la concentración del estadio Antonio Vespucio Liberti.
¿Qué cambios hicieron?
- Se agregaron cuatro habitaciones, pasando de 12 a 16. Y en el siguiente semestre pasarán de ser 16 a 20 dobles. En ellas modificaron las alfombras y el revestimientos y renovaron de cero los baños. Además, climatizaron el cuarto, compraron nuevos televisores más grandes y cambiaron la iluminación a una 100% led.
- “Todo esto viene a completar una concentración de primer nivel, con cine para videoanálisis y sala de trabajo de neurociencias, además de espacios comunes de máxima categoría” explicaron desde el club.
Cabe destacar que las obras en el Monumental no comenzaron a principios de 2022, si no que iniciaron con pequeños cambios internos en el vestuario local con un utilería más grande para que cada integrante del plantel tenga un mueble propio. Además, ampliaron la sala de kinesiología (agregaron camillas nuevas automáticas), incorporaron una oficina de video análisis y remodelaron el consultorio médico para atender a cuatro jugadores a la vez. Un obra magnífica que todos los hinchas de River tendrían que aplaudir de pie.
