El próximo sábado a las 16.30 en el Monumental, el Millonario recibirá al Halcón por la fecha 19 de la Liga Profesional. El equipo de Varela está a 11 puntos del Más Grande.
“Lo veo muy bien, era difícil agarrar después de Gallardo. Ya tenía también una base y creo que le va a ir muy bien. Un equipo sólido, firme, que ojalá se le dé el título. En Copa Libertadores está complicado, pero le quedan dos partidos y dependen de ellos. Seguramente van a clasificar porque son muy buenos jugadores y un gran equipo”, sostuvo Gonzalo Montiel en D Sports.
Cachete señaló que trata de ver los partidos y que tiene ve para la Copa: “Bueno, acá es un poco tarde para mirar los partidos. Trato de mirarlo cuando juega. Lo veo muy bien en la liga, veo un equipo sólido y firme. Ojalá que se le pueda dar el título y en Libertadores está un poco complicado, pero le quedan dos partidos, depende de ellos y seguro van a clasificar porque son muy buenos jugadores todos”.

Quien también respaldó al sucesor de Gallardo fue Juanfer Quintero: “La veo igual, está la mayoría de los jugadores. Al final, nosotros somos los que llevamos a cabo lo que necesita el equipo y lo que puede implementar el entrenador. Si el entrenador es muy bueno y no tiene materia primas, es muy difícil”.
“Demichelis tiene unas ideas clarísimas de lo que quiere y, con los jugadores que tiene, se ve reflejado. Para mí no fue traumático el post Gallardo. Claramente, no es el mejor de la liga por ir primero, ni el peor de la Libertadores por ir último. Son cosas que se viven a diario, también River juega contra otros rivales, es una competencia y quizás la gente está más preparada y analiza muchas cosas”; cerró Quintero.
