(GALERÍA DE IMÁGENES INCLUIDA) El plantel conducido por Matías Almeyda comenzó la pretemporada en el Monumental. Hubo trabajos físicos y Daniel Passarella estuvo presente.
Los jugadores de River se presentaron esta tarde en el Monumental para empezar a diagramar lo que será el nuevo torneo en Primera. Volvieron varios jugadores de sus préstamos, excepto Ortega, que avisó que no se iba a presentar. Fabio Giménez, Matías Díaz, Diego Coria y Gustavo Fernández imitaron al Burrito.
El plantel se entrenó de a tandas debido a la gran cantidad de jugadores. Fueron dos grupos: una de 18, otra de 17. Antes de comenzar la práctica entraron en calor de cara a la tribuna Sívori. ¿La pelota? No apareció. Sólo trotaron alrededor del campo de juego y realizaron trabajos de estiramiento muscular.
Entre los jugadores que debían volver, los más rutilantes fueron fueron Manuel Lanzini y Lucas Orban, quien está esperando definiciones: puede quedarse, renovar en Tigre o irse al exterior.
Por su parte, Carlos Sánchez trotó alrededor del campo de juego junto a uno de los preparadores físicos ya que se está recuperando de una fractura de clavícula. Juan Manuel Díaz corrió con su compatriota, pero en las próximas horas se iría a Nacional de Montevideo.
Además estuvieron varios de los juveniles que salieron campeones de la Copa Libertadores Sub 20 (ver Los pibes se suman).
Finalmente, Daniel Passarella pasó a saludar, bromeó con algunos futbolistas y con el PF Alejandro Kohan.
